Rule Of Thirds

I choose this subject because i wanted the buildings in the back to be blurry and for Omar's face to pop. My picture came out the way i wanted. I put the dial on the one with the star *do not know the name*

 This photo does not have a tripod, that is a reason why it is not clear. It is also not clear because either my hands could be moving at the last minute or he could be moving. The shutter speed was very slow/delayed.
